One of the best places ever. We travel and go all over the U.S. The food choices, quality and taste are magnificent. The lattes are incredible we had a second over dessert (next time will be dessert). Amazing environment and the other patrons are absolutely dedicated and make the environment even more homey and friendly. Great staff too. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous vibe. Very fresh sandwiches. Unique ambiance. Very friendly owners. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious in every way. Great food, great people, and great atmosphere. We live both an afternoon tea and a quick drop in lunch - highly recommend the cheese and onion sandwich, the Full Monty, and the carrot soup! We've never had anything we didn't eat every last bite of. Also, never leave without a raisin scone with cream.

A quaint little British-themed cafe in Oakwood with friendly service and a casual, relaxing ambiance. They only accept cash, check, and Venmo. My husband and I ordered the afternoon tea for 2 which included scones, eclairs, an almond based cake, a lemon curd tart, and assorted finger sandwiches. We chose English Breakfast tea among a large assortment of teas offered. The desserts were fantastic and lightly sweet (which we enjoyed!), the finger sandwiches were a little bland and dry. Overall, we loved supporting a small, family owned business and we would return if we are in the area again!

Everything is wonderful ... Rose's Handmade dessert and perfect scone are always fresh!

Adore this place and the owners. The food is high quality. You order from the counter and then sit or take to go. Cash only. Lots of variety of teas and coffee. I really enjoy their food, carrot soup is a favorite, and their homemade scones and desserts. Sandwiches are great and I love their high tea. Great work and I'm happy to be a repeat customer.

Overall amazing scone! Get all the toppings and dining in does have its perks of lovely tableware but I had my kids along so we did the to-go box! ( first picture) They have a back parking section I recommend with a lot of character upon entry to checkout desk. Cash only but I did see Venmo link! (Photographed) Not kid friendly! Exception infant in car seat! No space for stroller either! (Exception outdoor dining) They did offer books inside larger tables with draws which helped 100% with entertainment as we waiting! Small outdoor patio Small indoor dining Typical vibes = older generation, trendy young couples, some college kids ( as a college is near by!) Small Quaint restaurant in a small downtown! Worth it though, go for a date, girls brunch, small meal! (keep in mind there hours though!!)

Quaint little cafe near a main road. Lots of character from the founder, who originates from the UK. Park either on several spots in front or in a lot behind the shop. Peak hours are in the afternoon when most patrons order the afternoon tea set so expect higher wait times as the food is made to order. Set starts off with your choice of tea, following the pastry rack later. Our food came about an hour later after our tea was served, which could have been faster. But overall it was an experience.

Had an amazing afternoon having high tea. The place is small with odd mix-matched seating along one side as well as some outdoor seating. The sandwiches were lovely. Ham, turkey, egg salad, cheese, cucumber and potato. My favorite were the cucumber with cream cheese and the cheese sandwich which had caramelized onions. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The desserts were sweet and delicious especially the chocolate tart. But the best item were the scones with jelly and cream on top!! They were dry but not too dry and the jelly was sweet without being overly sweet and the cream was creamy without being overly creamy. All in all they were wonderful.
